In 2019, the elderly Helge is assumed to have gone senile, however he is still aware of his crimes and believes that he is able to travel back in time and change his acts. He attempts to do this by travelling back in time to 1986 and causing a car crash between himself and his younger self, though this is unsuccessful as only the older version of Helge is killed in the crash.
